Refund policy

Refunds will be offered immediately if there is a legitimate reason for the refund. Artwork is brought on the visual representation you see online and is a true and honest reflection of the work.  Refunds will not be offered if the reason for request is based on aesthetic preference alone. 

If the item is damaged via the couriers then claim of damage will need to made via the courier and although we take every possible care to pack and ship your item to prevent any damage, we can't be held responsible for mis-handling by the courier or damage caused beyond our control.

All refunds will aim to be dealt with in 7 working days from the day of initial request
